Dawn Coburn Joy is a true innovator in her work. She specializes in the design and delivery of creative learning and development interventions for her clients’ unique needs. Dawn received a Bachelor of Science degree from Villa Maria College and Masters of Science degree from West Virginia University. In addition, she has earned a PhD from Gannon University, in Organizational Learning and Leadership. Dawn has held executive management positions in both non-profit and proprietary health care organizations.
